Ultraseal Glass is a leading glass manufacturing company located in Etobicoke, Toronto. We specialize in high-performance insulated glass units (IGUs), offering a wide range of products to meet architectural and performance criteria across various industries.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Sealant Applicator using a PIB (Polyisobutylene) Extruder. If you have experience in sealant application or industrial machinery, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Operate the PIB extruder to apply primary sealant to insulated glass units.
• Ensure consistent and accurate application of sealant.
• Prepare materials and machine settings based on production requirements.
• Inspect finished units for quality control.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Keep work area clean and follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating a PIB extruder or similar sealant equipment is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery.
• Experience in fabrication and assembly processes.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to production.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Punctual, reliable, and a team player.
• Experience with quality inspection processes to ensure product standards are met.
• Forklift certification is a plus, with the ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
