Summary

We are looking for a motivated and reliable sales associate to join our team. This position involves both in-person customer service and handling inquiries through phone and online platforms.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in computer use, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Valid driver’s license required
• Previous experience in tire retail sales is a must

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner in-store and through phone, messaging, and social platforms(Rednote, Wechat, Instagram, Facebook)
• Recommend suitable tire and wheel options based on customer needs
• Manage customer inquiries, quotes, and order processing
• Coordinate product ordering, receiving, and customer appointments
• Maintain relationships with repeat customers and business clients
• Handle basic inventory and invoicing tasks
• Explain product features, pricing, and promotions clearly. Support customers with rebate submissions when applicable
• Perform daily payment reconciliation and basic bookkeeping tasks
• Update website content and pricing when needed (seasonal changes, promotions)
• Assist with simple administrative duties, including payroll data entry
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of tire sales and customer service experience
• Comfortable communicating in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Starting Pay: Starting from $22-25/hour
• Expected Hours: ~40 hours per week

Location Requirement

• Location: Concord, ON
• Must have reliable transportation or be willing to relocate before starting
