Job Purpose:

As a Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Operative, you’ll help create and maintain attractive, orderly, and safe landscapes across residential and commercial sites. You’ll be responsible for the upkeep of lawns, plants, and exterior areas to ensure high standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out regular groundskeeping and gardening duties
• Mow lawns (push or ride-on) and strim edges
• Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and bushes
• Apply fertilizers and pesticides as required
• Rake, mulch, prune, and trim greenery
• Clear debris, sweep walkways, and remove weeds
• Perform snow clearance and salting in winter months
• Undertake emergency or ad-hoc tasks as needed
• Follow guidance from your team leader/supervisor
• Ensure all duties are completed to a high standard

About The Role

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous gardening/groundskeeping experience (essential)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• High energy, flexibility, and a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills and fluent English
• Full, clean Type B driving licence (essential)

Salary

Starting from €16.50 per hour
