We are recruiting for multiple 8-hour Seasonal Stock Assistant contracts, with the possibility of overtime according to demand and as we enter into our busy season.
Mark your calendars, this application form is open until midnight on Sunday, 24th November 2024. If successful at this stage of the process, candidates will be emailed no later than Monday, 25th November 2024 with an invitation to an in-person interview on the date mentioned below (either Thursday 28th November or Friday 29th November)If successful at the interview stage, your first shift will be a training session taking place on Tuesday, 3rd December 2024. The contract is temporary and will run until 31st December.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining shop floor stock levels during our busiest time of the year.
• Maintaining visual merchandising and cleanliness standards.
• Processing deliveries.
• Adherence to our freshness policy and stock rotation.
• Waste management.
• Stocktakes.
• Maintaining high levels of organisation and cleanliness in the stockroom and back of house areas.

Skills and Experience:

Teamwork: Capable of collaborating with team members to achieve store goals, and maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.

Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to engage customers, actively listen to their needs, and provide relevant product information.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, handle challenging situations, and work effectively under pressure.

Problem-solving: Skill in identifying and resolving any stock issues, finding appropriate solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Organisation: Aptitude for maintaining an organized store environment, managing inventory, and creating visually appealing product displays.

Job Types: Part-time, Specified-purpose
Contract length: 4-5 weeks

Pay: €14.80 per hour
