Seasonal Stock Support Friday & Saturday (M/F/D)

MISSION

As seasonal stock and operations support, you will assist the Louis Vuitton store team in delivering the best experience to our clients during the busy Christmas & New Year period.

In this non-selling role, you will be responsible to facilitate and elevate the client’s journey through the store by assisting the operations team with all processes related to stock and inventory management, daily maintenance of stock rooms and packaging supply, product replenishment and transfer or delivery. You will support the sales team with gift wrapping, product search or by being a “runner” between shop floor and stock rooms in case of need, for instance during or after client appointments.

You will partner with the managers and client advisors on duty to set a positive tone for the entire experience a client will have while they are with us and through this you will be essential to bringing the Louis Vuitton Promise to life.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting in product delivery, replenishment and transfers
• Replenishing product drawers and proximity stock locations throughout the day
• Assisting in cycle count and inventory management
• Replenishment and maintenance of packaging stations around the store throughout the day
• Wrapping and packaging assistance to the sales team
• Tidying up around the store and maintaining strong back of house standards during busy moments
• Collaborating with the store team at large to create a seamless client experience in line with the Louis Vuitton Promise and brand standards

PROFILE

The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with a service mindset as well as a high level of physical and mental resilience that allows them to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You must be at ease with light physical labour (carrying boxes/product), multi-tasking and comfortable to work with different kinds of IT tools.
• Impeccable grooming and communication skills are a requirement, as is fluent German and a good grasp of English.
• You must have a valid visa and work permit for Austria if not an Austrian/EU citizen.
• The ideal candidate must be available every Friday and Saturday from mid November to the 5th of January, for the full day (store opening hours). Please only apply if this working pattern is feasible for you for the entire duration of the contract, including Christmas and New Years weeks (excluding public holidays where the store is closed).

The salary for this position is at least €31.514 gross annually (based on a full-time employment of 38.5 hours per week). Depending on your qualification and experience, a higher overpayment is possible. In addition, we offer a range of attractive benefits:
