- State Testing Coordinator: Coordinate all assessment testing at PTEC, to include NWEA, CoGat, ASVAB, AccPlacer, PSAT, SAT, and CMAS Testing. Design and implement testing schedules and groupings. Identify students with testing accommodations and ensure that appropriate accommodations are provided. Train school staff on test administration, goal setting, data collection and analysis. Create a positive culture around assessment. Support students with assessment goal setting, preparation, and understanding results. Disseminate assessment results to parents and staff. Provide assessment data for reporting purposes. Provide assessment data and analysis to the SPED team, Instructional Coach, and administration. Submit all required district performance documentation related to assessment.
- 504 Coordinator: In collaboration with students, staff, and parents, design and implement accommodations to support students with identified disabilities. Conduct annual reviews of 504 Plans. Conduct weekly grade and assignment checks and check in with students to ensure needs are being met. Communicate with families to support struggling students. At parent or teacher request, evaluate students for eligibility for 504 Plans. Provide support to the Dean’s office for manifestation hearings and behavior support plans for 504 identified students. Collect and analyze data on student needs in the classroom.
- CLDE Coordinator: Collaborate with the JI CDLE Educator to identify and assess students who have English language learning needs. Collaborate with the JI CDLE Educator to develop and implement CDLE Plans. Collect bodies of evidence of student performance.
- ALP Coordinator: Utilize student data to identify and monitor advanced learners. Advise administrators of appropriate academic placement of gifted students. Conduct frequent check-ins with gifted students to ensure social-emotional needs are met.
- MTSS/ Interventions: Collaborate with the Dean of Students, Assistant Principal, and Lead Teachers to advise and provide supports to struggling students. Identify students of concern through assessment scores and work with grade level teams to intervene with individual students through classroom intervention and after-school tutoring supports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
