About the Role

As a Secondary Teacher at OneSchool Global, you will:

• Deliver differentiated teaching aligned with the New Zealand curriculum.
• Develop modern, engaging learning environments that promote self-directed learning.
• Collaborate with the Campus Principal and Head of Department to achieve exceptional student outcomes.
• Support students using innovative pedagogical strategies.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide competent and inspiring instruction in your subject area.
• Use data and feedback to inform teaching practices and improve student achievement.
• Foster a culture of respect and collaboration
• Liaise effectively with parents, trustees, and other stakeholders to support students’ learning journeys.
• Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and child protection.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Essential Qualifications:
• Registration as a New Zealand Teacher.
• Proven experience teaching in multiple year groups (Years 9-13 preferred).
• Skills and Attributes:
• Strong knowledge of the New Zealand curriculum and modern teaching techniques.
• Proficiency in using digital tools
• Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
• A passion for fostering self-directed learning and visible progress for students.
• A commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement.
