We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Secretary to support our Sales Team in a back-office capacity. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between the sales team, management, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide complete administrative and back-office support to the sales team
- Prepare, format, and maintain sales documents including quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and reports
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, proposals, and internal reviews
- Maintain and update Excel sheets related to sales tracking, client data, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, documentation, and delivery status
- Handle email correspondence, schedule follow-ups, and ensure timely responses to clients
- Organize files, records, and documents in both digital and physical formats
- Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint for preparing clear and professional presentations
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
