We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Secretary to support our Sales Team in a back-office capacity. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between the sales team, management, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide complete administrative and back-office support to the sales team
  • Prepare, format, and maintain sales documents including quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and reports
  • Create professional PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, proposals, and internal reviews
  • Maintain and update Excel sheets related to sales tracking, client data, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, documentation, and delivery status
  • Handle email correspondence, schedule follow-ups, and ensure timely responses to clients
  • Organize files, records, and documents in both digital and physical formats
  • Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint for preparing clear and professional presentations
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
