Job Description and Requirements
- Employer Background: The employer is a design company seeking an assistant/secretary to the General Manager.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations in the absence of the manager.
- Handle administrative tasks, including document processing.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
- Basic knowledge of accounting is preferred.
- Fluent in English.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
