Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Secretary / Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, emails, and correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize filing systems, records, and confidential documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Support staff with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and recordkeeping.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions
- Office-based position with standard business hours Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM].
- Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
