Position Available

Full-Time Section Waiter – $66,891.50 per annum

+ Super + Generous Tips

Your Day-to-Day Will Include

•
Managing your own section and delivering warm, attentive and knowledgeable service

•
Guiding guests through San Telmo’s menu and confidently making food and beverage recommendations

•
Building rapport with guests and working closely with the wider team to deliver memorable, efficient service

What We’re Looking For

•
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Section Waiter or in a similar role within a busy restaurant

•
Strong sequence of service, food and beverage knowledge, with confidence managing your own section

•
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
