- Work in the FARM & Chem Sustainability Consulting Team and interact with other teams for example the strategy consulting team and the content team.

Sector Expertise and Thought Leadership
- Provide internal guidance to the consulting team and demonstrate external thought leadership
- Develop, maintain and pro-actively share with the global consulting and business development organization an appropriate sector knowledge
- Pro-actively support the Food, Agriculture and Renewable Materials (FARM) team members in reaching team goals
- Support projects from other teams across Product and Corporate Sustainability, particularly by providing FARM expert LCA know-how and guidance
- Support standardization, workflow improvement and documentation to enhance delivery efficiency in the FARM sector
- Develop and maintain standardized data collection (and validation) sheet
- Develop and maintain generic Agricultural model (for internal and external use)
- Develop and maintain agriculture datasets proxy list (LCA FE-> database extension and development), if appropriate
- Develop and maintain tools to create proxies
- Pro-actively research existing and new technical topics of the FARM industry with relevance for agriculture sustainability projects
- Pro-actively engage with relevant external stakeholders and bodies such as European Union, industry associations, industry market drivers with regards to standardization, methodology development, thought leadership, etc.
- Identify new sales opportunities in your sector. Support colleagues from business development in drafting proposals and Statements of work (SOW)
- Appropriately represent Sphera in client contact with seniority
- Engage with customer, typically with management level. Build a trust relationship with clients, identify client challenges, and propose solutions. Develop high-level business relations
- Generate new business ideas.
- Create/develop marketing activities and support the Go-to-Market strategy developments in your domain/sector. Inform marketing about any conference, event, etc. attendance
- Demonstrate thought leadership in the agricultural sector through presentations, blogs, publications of studies, whitepapers, webinars etc. on our homepage, at conferences, and journals or by posting e.g., on LinkedIn, etc.
- Submit your timesheets on a weekly basis in OpenAir
- Plan/Adapt your vacation planning once a month in OpenAir. Monitor your project status regularly (e.g. resource schedule, budget, profitability, etc.) and plan/adapt your projects once a month

Quality Assurance and Project Support
- Be responsible for quality assurance according to Sphera’s Quality Assurance processes
- Ensure all deliverables are QA-checked
- Conduct and organize QA of models and deliverables of FARM projects or for projects in a certain region
- Pro-actively support the development and maintenance of Sphera's QA guidelines, e.g., according to the latest methodology standards
- Pro-actively research for relevant QA topics and where relevant provide internal guidance and external thought leadership
- Pro-actively engage with relevant external stakeholders and bodies (such as critical reviewer, EPD Program Operators) with regards to QA
- Support organizing meetings/trainings for QA experts and organize at least one yearly QA-training for consultants
- Support the QA Director on customers and suppliers request regarding Quality topics
- Manage audits and trainings in the company
- Develop and maintain standardized check lists and guidance documents for QA
- Support developing, maintaining and pro-actively sharing with the global consulting organization and the content team an appropriate QA domain knowledge

- Strong MS Office (Excel/ Word, PPT) skills
- Expert user of Sphera software
- Strong written and oral presentation skills
