About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Security Architect with hands-on experience in implementing and managing enterprise-wide security architectures. This role demands a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, modern security tooling, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and evolve a robust cybersecurity posture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and implement enterprise-wide security architectures aligned with strategic and operational requirements.

· Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and frameworks based on best practices and regulatory standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS).

· Lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of security tools such as TxOne, Qualys VMDR, and Keeper Security to improve overall security posture.

· Manage critical security transitions, including:

o EDR migration from Sophos to Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

o Email security migration from Mimecast to Microsoft Defender for Office 365

o Onboarding of log sources for SIEM and centralized monitoring

· Partner with third-party SOC providers to ensure 24/7 security monitoring and efficient incident response mechanisms.

· Continuously evaluate and enhance the cybersecurity framework and recommend improvements in tools and practices.

· Drive compliance and ensure implementation of multifactor authentication (MFA) and conditional access policies using Azure cloud security controls.

· Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business teams to align security goals with broader organizational objectives.

· Act as a bridge between technical teams and executive leadership, translating security risks and strategies into business language.

Key Skills & Requirements:

· 8–10 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, including architecture, implementation, and operations.

· Proven experience with cloud security (Azure), including identity and access management, conditional access, and security configuration.

· Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS).

· Hands-on expertise in implementing EDR, SIEM, VMDR, MFA, and other core cybersecurity technologies.

· Familiarity with SOC operations, threat intelligence, incident response planning, and log correlation.

· Strong stakeholder management skills; capable of communicating technical issues and strategies to non-technical audiences.

· Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500), or equivalent are highly desirable.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
