Security & First Aid Consultant – Training | Audits | Solutions Sales

Luxfactory is looking for an expert on behalf of one of our clients - a company specialized in employee safety, first aid, and infrastructure compliance. We are seeking a versatile, self-driven, and dedicated professional to take on the following responsibilities:

• Certified first aid training,
• On-site compliance audits and risk assessments for companies and their facilities,
• The commercial development of a complete range of security solutions.

Objective: Enhance corporate safety while building a client portfolio.

Training & Certification

• Conduct certified first aid training sessions

Audits & Risk Assessments

• Use a structured model to classify companies according to their risk level
• Perform on-site compliance audits (infrastructure, first aid kits, processes)
• Propose corrective solutions and draft clear recommendations

Commercial Development

• Promote and sell solutions (first aid kits, subscriptions, training)
• Identify upselling or partnership opportunities within high-risk sectors
• Contribute to the development of an effective commercial strategy with clear objectives

Candidate Profile

• First aid certification
• Comfortable with commercial, technical, and educational tasks
• Ability to set objectives, manage priorities, and track performance
• Proficiency in French (other languages are an asset) and effective in fieldwork
• Required: autonomy, rigor, customer service orientation, and an entrepreneurial spirit
• Proficient with digital tools (reporting, appointment management, CRM)

Job based in Luxembourg. Work permit in Luxembourg is mandatory.
