Job description:
Job Type: Security Guard
Emergency response efficiency:
Theftcase/Fire incidents/Disaster/ Natural calamities/Child abduction/ Bomb threatening"
Frisking the visitors, patients and attenders without fail and guiding them to various departments
Sending the visitors with the visitor pass inside the hospital and collecting the same when they leaves from the hospital
Coordination in car parking and staff vehicle parking and ensuring that the vehicle is safe
"Maintenance of cloak room:
- Patient belongings are safe
- Issuing the tokens with M. No
- Getting acknowledgement when returning the things"
Assisting the wheel chair patients as and when required
Ensuring the staff is leaving the hospital with proper approval (Gate pass) and escalating if they return to hospital beyond the scheduled time
"Material gatepass:
- Ensuring that the dispatch of material to other branches/ service provider with the returnable and non - returnable material gatepass"
Checking the home delivery medicines are billed properly and then sending for delivery
Recording the fuel filling for all the office vehicles
Filing the visitor pass, material gate pass etc
Monitoring the gates and checking the department is locked and the key is returned to the security
