Role: Security Guard Supervisor
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Supervise security guards and ensure they are following company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular patrols to monitor security of premises
- Train new security guards on important protocols and procedures
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and effective manner
- Keep accurate records and reports of all security activities
- Maintain a professional and effective working relationship with clients, employees, and law enforcement
- Evaluate the performance of security guards and provide feedback for improvement
- Oversee scheduling and assignment of security personnel to ensure adequate coverage
- Monitor security equipment and ensure it is properly maintained and in working condition
Good to have:
- Previous experience as a security guard or in a similar role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations
- Knowledge of security procedures and protocols
- CPR and first aid certification
