Job Title: Night Duty Security Officer (Mall)

Company - Mall Job Type: Full-Time, Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

Patrolling and Monitoring: Conduct regular, scheduled, and random foot patrols of the mall interior and exterior, including parking lots, to deter criminal activity and identify potential security vulnerabilities. Access Control: Monitor and control all entry and exit points, including delivery entrances and vehicle gates, ensuring only authorized personnel (e.g., maintenance, cleaning staff) are granted access after hours.

Surveillance: Continuously monitor surveillance cameras (CCTV) and alarm systems for any unusual activity, security breaches, or technical glitches. Inspections: Perform thorough checks of all doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are properly locked and secured. Inspect equipment and systems to ensure operational use. Incident Response: Respond promptly to alarms, investigate disturbances, and take appropriate action in line with security protocols. This may involve detaining individuals who break laws or violate mall rules, following legal protocols before authorities arrive. Emergency Management: Act as the first line of response during emergencies (e.g., fire, medical incidents), assisting with evacuation procedures, performing first aid/CPR if trained, and coordinating effectively with law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency medical personnel. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain a detailed activity log and accurately document all observations, incidents, occurrences, and surveillance activities during the shift. Submit comprehensive reports to management. Rule Enforcement: Ensure all mall rules and regulations are followed by overnight staff and visitors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
