Security Officer (All Genders)

Your Tasks:

• Ensure the safety of guests, employees, and visitors throughout the hotel premises
• Conduct regular inspections and patrols in the hotel and on the hotel grounds
• Monitor security-related incidents and respond immediately in emergency or hazardous situations
• Verifying access authorizations and monitoring sensitive areas
• Collaborating with authorities, emergency services, and external security providers as needed
• Preparing incident reports and documenting security-related events
• Assisting with evacuations, fire safety measures, and compliance with security guidelines
• Preventing theft, vandalism, and other security-related risks
• Serving as a point of contact for guests and employees regarding security matters
• Ensuring compliance with hotel standards and legal security regulations

Your Profile:

• Experience in security services and/or hotel operations
• A confident and de-escalating demeanor
• Diplomatic tact
• A friendly and helpful attitude
• A keen eye for detail and high level of attentiveness
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Ability to work independently and responsibly with a high level of commitment
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate

The minimum gross wage under the collective agreement for workers in the hotel and hospitality sector is €2153,00 based on full-time employment (LG4).
