Crown Risk Solutions is seeking experienced and professional Security Officers to join our Licensed Venues team across Sydney.

Please note: This role is not for static security work.

About the Role

As a member of our team, you will be expected to demonstrate strong personal presentation, excellent communication, and a customer-focused approach. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering outstanding front-line customer service and support
• Identifying risks and responding effectively to incidents
• Performing general security duties, including administrative tasks
• Working collaboratively within a team environment
• Applying negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Maintaining the ability and confidence to work independently
• Being flexible and adaptable to various venue requirements

Requirements

To be considered, applicants must hold the necessary qualifications, experience, and attributes, including:

• Current NSW Security Licence (1A)
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Professional personal presentation
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Flexibility to work across multiple locations
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
• Full working rights in Australia
