About The Role

Your Role

As Senior Security Personnel, you will:

• Provide a professional and visible security presence across both the Gleneagle Hotel and Gleneagle Arena
• Support the management and security teams in enforcing safety procedures and managing crowd control during events
• Ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property during busy periods including concerts, functions, and high-traffic weekends
• Assist in the smooth running of daily operations and special events with a focus on guest service and situational awareness

  Key Requirements

  In-date PSA Door Supervisor Licence (essential)
  Previous experience in a security role, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, or event management

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, calm under pressure, and able to make quick decisions
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and late shifts
