You will work closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure the successful implementation of security solutions.
About The Role
- Project Coordination: Plan, execute, and finalise security projects in accordance with strict deadlines and within budget.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the point of contact for various stakeholders, providing timely updates and gathering requirements.
- Resource Management: Identify and manage resources required to complete projects, ensuring effective utilisation of team members.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and change logs.
- Process Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
- Vendor Management: Work with external vendors to ensure that project requirements are fully delivered and timelines are met.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in physical security systems or a related field.
- Experience with ACS/VMS systems and Physical Security deployments.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of physical security technologies and best practices.
- Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solver: Ability to identify issues proactively and provide solutions.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualities:
- Genetec Certification.
- Technical background with knowledge of security systems engineering.
This role requires strong organisation and problem-solving skills to manage multiple complex projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive successful outcomes. You will oversee resources, timelines, and risks, fostering collaboration and accountability across stakeholders.

- Genetec Certification.
