Security Project Manager (Fr Or Nl + En)

Position: Security Project Manager (FR or NL + EN)

Location: Brussels, Belgium(Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office)

Languages Required: French OR Dutch + English (C1 minimum for both)

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and management of security-related projects, including network security, data protection, access control, and compliance initiatives.
• Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Work closely with security teams to assess risks and ensure projects mitigate potential vulnerabilities or exposures.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between project stakeholders, security teams, and external vendors, ensuring all parties are aligned on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security project management, IT project management, or cybersecurity-related roles.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity tools and technologies (firewalls, SIEM, encryption, etc.)
• Strong understanding of security frameworks, compliance requirements, and risk management.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders

Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
