Evcone Ireland Ltd. are a fit-out and technical services company specialising in the retail sector.

We are expanding our operations and seeking an experienced Security Systems Installation Manager to deliver high-quality installation projects for our key clients. This is a dynamic role offering excellent career progression within a fast-paced, innovative company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage installation of electronic security systems (Intruder Alarms & Access Control) to meet client specifications and SLAs.
• Plan, schedule, and allocate resources for installation works.
• Lead new projects, upgrades and system enhancements.
• Oversee installation teams and subcontractors on active construction sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and installation standards.
• Liaise with site managers and resolve issues promptly.
• Supervise mobile technicians and subcontractors.
• Coordinate weekly schedules with the Security Projects Coordinator.
• Build and maintain a strong network of qualified contractors and suppliers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in systems installation and on-site project management.
• Strong knowledge of access control and intruder alarm systems. (Candidates with experience in other technical system installations will also be considered)
• Relevant trade qualifications or technical background.
• Comfortable working on active construction sites.
• Willingness to travel extensively to sites across Ireland & UK.
• Full clean driving license, SafePass, and eligibility to work in the EU
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with flexibility and availability for out-of-hours support as required.
• Fluent English speaker.

Desirable

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience in retail or commercial security installations.
• Familiarity with Pacom security systems.
