Full job description

Description: The Wash Bay Attendant washes trucks, trailers or other equipment. Wash Bay Attendants carry out daily duties that ensure effective operation of the truck and trailer wash facility as directed by the wash bay manager. Person is required to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday and possible additional days during week as required.

Responsibilities:

• Will be required to wash, brush, scrub and rinse truck and grain trailers
• Keep wash bay clean, tidy and organized as directed by wash bay manager
• Must be punctual
• Good work ethic
• Takes direction well
• May require flexible working hours
• Must have ability to handle physical demands of the job
• Willing to perform other tasks as directed by the wash bay manager

Qualifications:

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods and work in extreme temperatures
• Good communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Skilled in priority management
• Autonomy and resourcefulness
• Good working in teams
• Class 1 Drivers License is considered an asset, but not a requirement

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

Work Location: In person
