Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Academic Counselor to handle student counselling, lead conversion, and admission sales. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their academic requirements, providing course guidance, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
• Conduct cold calling and follow up with prospective students.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses and programs.
• Convert leads into successful admissions through effective counselling and sales techniques.
• Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.
• Handle student queries, objections, and concerns effectively.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Academic Counselling, Admission Counselling, Inside Sales, Education Sales, EdTech Sales, Telesales, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on sales and conversions.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound calling.
• Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Graduation is preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
