Senior Ad Operations Executive

Senior Ad Operations Executive is responsible for managing the building, delivery, optimizations, and reporting of social media advertising campaigns for multiple clients within a team environment and supporting day-to-day client management. Responsibilities include:

• Functioning as a member of the Ad Operations Team in building social media advertising campaigns for clients through our proprietary platform, working closely with the Client Team, Merchant Success Team, and Development Team
• Monitoring campaign pacing and performance, recommending enhancements during flight and for future campaigns
• Ad performance auditing and troubleshooting operational issues
• Assisting with establishing processes and documenting, updating and maintaining trafficking and work-flow procedures
• Engaging in testing and quality assessment of new product features
• Participating in daily internal meetings and external client meetings as required
• Supporting and maintaining client relationships, communications and expectations where required, including leading calls with external stakeholders.

• Have a background in the technical delivery of advertising with extensive experience working in Meta, TikTok, Snap, and Google advertising platforms, including any relevant certifications
• Maintain excellent attention to detail and accuracy and possess strong organisational skills
• Have experience managing clients and campaign briefing workflows
• Display a strong proclivity toward being highly organized and skilled in project management, task prioritization and adhering to deadlines
• Keep up to date on the digital advertising landscape, trends and ideas
• Have experience in a startup environment or similar fast-paced, dynamic setting
• Are comfortable working in remote work environment and participating in virtual meetings
