We are looking for a Senior Advisor to support the Te Ao Marama programme. This is a full time, fixed-term role role until June 2025

Te Haeata/The Opportunity

We are looking for an awesome Senior Advisor to join the Te Ao Marama Programme. Ideally you will have experience in operations and leading or supporting projects and improvement initiatives.

In this role, you will support the expansion of best practice approaches across the District Court, which may include using some of the approaches taken through the existing specialist and therapeutic courts such as the Matariki Court, Te Koti Rangatahi, the Young Adult List, and Whakaorangia te Mana Tangata.

As a key member of the team, you will work alongside the wider Te Ao Marama Programme, court staff, judiciary, iwi and communities to support the implementation of solutions that enable better outcomes for all people who interact with the District Court.

You will have relationship management skills that will gain buy-in from internal and external partners, including the judiciary and justice sector agencies, as we look to grow Te Ao Marama across the country.

Utu a-tau/Salary

The appointing salary for this role will be between $97,208 - $135,539 based on skills and experience.
