We’re looking for a Senior Analyst to work full-time alongside our senior leader, who is spearheading our expansion. This is a pivotal role for an ambitious, commercially astute, and highly capable professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment.

As Senior Analyst, you will be a strategic partner in our New Zealand expansion, working across multiple areas of the business, including market analysis, product development, marketing, client development, and commercial execution.

Your role will be both strategic and hands-on—helping design and launch investment products, engaging with financial advisers and investors, sharing insights, and ensuring our commercial strategies deliver results.

You will be our senior leader’s right hand, playing a key role in establishing and scaling the business.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities for BetaShares NZ
Support new product development and strategy execution
Build relationships across the funds management, financial advice, and investment communities
Deliver sharp insights on markets, investor behaviour, and competitive positioning
Work on distribution strategy, marketing initiatives, and adviser engagement
Provide thought-leadership through reports, presentations, white papers, and investor education
Help manage risk and compliance in a commercial yet pragmatic way
Execute and deliver at pace, adapting as the business evolves
