Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities for BetaShares NZ
• Support new product development and strategy execution
• Build relationships across the funds management, financial advice, and investment communities
• Deliver sharp insights on markets, investor behaviour, and competitive positioning
• Work on distribution strategy, marketing initiatives, and adviser engagement
• Provide thought-leadership through reports, presentations, white papers, and investor education
• Help manage risk and compliance in a commercial yet pragmatic way
• Execute and deliver at pace, adapting as the business evolves
