Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong architectural portfolio and hands-on experience in planning, sketching, design development, and preparation of architectural drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, plans, and design proposals.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings and detailed working drawings.
• Create sketches, layouts, floor plans, elevations, and sections.
• Work on space planning and overall project planning.
• Coordinate design requirements and project details with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure designs are practical, functional, and aligned with project requirements.
• Review drawings and ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
• Participate in design discussions and provide creative architectural solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant architectural experience.
• Strong knowledge of planning, sketching, design development, and architectural drawings.
• Well-structured and professional portfolio of completed projects is required.
• Good understanding of architectural planning and detailing.
• Proficiency in relevant architectural/design software.
• Strong design sense and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
