Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sustainability communication strategies to enhance awareness and engagement
  • Create and drive sustainability related written communications/ marketing with various stakeholders that align with organisational goals
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability efforts and achievements
  • Collaborate with partners, vendors, and internal teams to drive high-impact sustainability events
  • Support sustainability-related policy setting and its implementation
  • Support sustainability reporting related work
  • Provide sustainability advisory and secretariat support to workgroups and Management meetings
  • Engage and collaborate with relevant divisions and stakeholders to ensure ESG targets are on track
  • Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities required by Management in the course of the work

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Communications, Sustainability or related fields
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience managing events-related projects and/or providing written communications/marketing support to various stakeholders
  • Experience with working within a matrix organisation, and working with internal stakeholders to influence change
  • Familiarity with global ESG frameworks such as GRI, IFRS S1/S2, etc. would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
