What we are looking for:
Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and providing Luxembourg input into the timely and efficient delivery of real estate acquisitions, disposals, and other corporate actions, e.g., financings, re-financings, debt provisions, etc
- Planning, coordinating, and delivering real estate and debt transactions across Europe, UK, Asia Pacific, and USA.
- Working closely with portfolio managers, transaction managers, asset and investment managers, and other teams to facilitate seamless transaction processes.
- Managing the governance process around transactions, including approval of internal finance documentation.
- Maintaining and updating records held by the AIFM and administrator, including corporate structure charts and compliance spreadsheets.
What you can bring:
- Proven experience within the Real Estate sector
- Qualified Corporate Officer, Corporate Secretary or similar.
- A background in corporate administration and secretarial services with some background in law and the real estate industry, would be ideal
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Fluency in both English and German. French language would be beneficial too
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to liaise clearly and effectively in an international working environment with all levels of staff
- Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office systems
- Cognitive flexibility to switch between thinking about different concepts or multiple concepts simultaneously
