Are you an experienced bar professional with a passion for hospitality and a flair for creating memorable guest experiences? We’re looking for a Senior Bar Person to join our team at The Harp Tavern— a vibrant, customer-focused venue known for cocktails, live music, cozy atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the bar team in delivering high-quality service
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages to a high standard
- Manage stock levels, orders, and deliveries
- Train junior staff and maintain a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing laws
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Be able to do end of night tills and lock up.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a busy bar or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and drink trends
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively
- Atleast 2 years experience in the industry

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €14.50-€16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week

- Bartending: 2 years (required)
