Are you an experienced bar professional with a passion for hospitality and a flair for creating memorable guest experiences? We’re looking for a Senior Bar Person to join our team at The Harp Tavern— a vibrant, customer-focused venue known for cocktails, live music, cozy atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the bar team in delivering high-quality service
• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages to a high standard
• Manage stock levels, orders, and deliveries
• Train junior staff and maintain a positive work environment
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing laws
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Be able to do end of night tills and lock up.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a busy bar or hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and drink trends
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively
• Atleast 2 years experience in the industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €14.50-€16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

• Sligo, County Sligo: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Bartending: 2 years (required)
