Senior Bar Staff | Pennyhill Lucan

Pennyhill Lucan is seeking an experienced Senior Bar Staff member to join our busy and well-established bar team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience working in a busy bar or hospitality environment, with strong knowledge of bar service, customer care, stock control, and day-to-day bar operations.

12-9pm shifts (3, 4 or 5 day weeks available)

About You

You will be an experienced bar professional who enjoys working with people, takes pride in great service, and understands what it takes to help run a busy, successful bar. You will be confident, dependable, and passionate about delivering a great customer experience.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service in a busy bar environment.
• Support the management team with the smooth running of daily bar operations.
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation.
• Support and guide junior team members where required.
• Handle customer queries and feedback in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years’ bar experience required.
• Strong knowledge of bar service and hospitality standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A professional, reliable, and hands-on approach.
