The Quays Bar Galway is seeking experienced and enthusiastic Senior Bar Staff to join our busy team.

The successful candidate will support the bar management team in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high standards, and helping ensure the smooth running of the bar during busy service periods.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Serve drinks and customers in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner
• Support junior bar staff and help maintain strong service standards
• Assist with opening, closing, stock rotation, and bar preparation
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and organisation of the bar area
• Handle customer queries and support a positive guest experience
• Follow all licensing, health & safety, and hygiene procedures

Requirements

• Previous bar experience is essential
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, professional, and team-focused
