The Glenview Hotel and Leisure Club are looking for a Senior Bar Supervisor, you would be responsible for ensuring all guests receive the highest level of customer service and looking after food service during your shift.
This is a full time position
Weekdays and weekends will be required
We are looking for someone with good organisational skills, an excellent level of customer service and more than 2yrs experience in this area.
We are not offering work permits for the role.
Your duties:
Opening/closing the bar area and ensuring the correct set up
Taking orders, bookings and food service
Knowledge of cocktails
Ensure the highest level of cleanliness or bar area and floor
Assist with team training, with customer service and service.
Assist with the stock management
open and closing the tills
