Crystal Cave Barbers is looking for a talented and professional Barber to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of barbering services, including:
• Modern and classic haircuts (skin fades, tapers, scissors cuts, etc.)
• Beard trimming, shaping, and grooming
• Hot towel shaves and razor work
• Line-ups and edge-ups

• Consult with clients to understand their preferred style and offer expert recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation in line with shop standards.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are sanitised and properly maintained.
• Manage walk-ins, bookings, and client flow professionally.
• Build strong relationships to encourage repeat customers and a positive reputation for Crystal Cave Barbers.
• Promote grooming products and additional services when appropriate.
• Stay updated with the latest barbering trends, styles, and techniques.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Barber (portfolio or references preferred).
• Strong knowledge of cutting, trimming, shaving, and grooming techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From €108.00 per day
