We’re on the hunt for a Senior Bartender with exceptional cocktail and mixology skills to join Broadway, our stylish new bar and restaurant in Dublin. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and loves creating drinks that impress.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the bar service, ensuring consistent quality and speed
• Create and serve an exciting range of cocktails with flair and precision
• Train and mentor junior bar staff
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and compliance
• Deliver top-class customer service, making every guest feel welcome

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a senior bartender, mixologist, or head bartender
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
• Ability to lead by example and motivate the team
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality
• Experience in a busy bar or restaurant environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From €15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
