Senior Bartender (Full Time)

The Hairy Lemon are currently seeking an experienced Full Time Senior Bartender to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering consistently high standards of customer service
• Leading bar service during busy periods and supporting junior bartenders
• Maintaining excellent product knowledge across cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers
• Take orders efficiently and manage customer interactions professionally
• Handle cash and card payments accurately, including end-of-shift balancing
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
• Work closely with restaurant staff
• Adhere to all health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day bar operations
• Ensuring premises are locked up securely at the end of the night

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years bartending experience required
• Previous experience in a senior or supervisory bartending role required
• Strong cocktail, spirits, wine, and beer knowledge
• Proven ability to lead by example during busy services
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Must be available to work late nights and weekend shifts
