The Beaumont House is now hiring experienced Senior Bartender to join our team. We are a family owned and operated business.

Hours of work:

• For full-time Senior bar staff the work week is four days.
• Two days 9am until 7pm, one hour break.
• Two days 12pm until close, two hour break.
• 40hrs per week on average.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To deliver at all times the highest quality in our Food and Beverage service.
• To strive at all times to exceed the expectations of all customers within the Pub and to do so in a pleasant and efficient manner in accordance with the established standards in the Pub.
• To adhere to all Health & Safety, Hygiene and Cashiering Procedures.
• To maximize sales and revenue at all times.
• To handle customer queries and complaints in a professional, efficient manner.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

• At least five years experience working as a Senior Bartender in a busy hotel or Pub F&B outlet in Ireland is essential.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills essential as is the ability to work as part of a team and on one's own initiative.
• Strong Customer Focus essential.
• Self-motivated and tasks orientated
• Attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €18.00 per hour

• Bartending in Ireland: 5 years (required)
