Searsons of Baggot Street, one of Dublin’s finest pubs, is seeking a Full-Time Bartender to join our vibrant team! If you have a passion for hospitality and thrive in a lively environment, this role could be the perfect fit.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of bartending experience in a Dublin pub or restaurant setting.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of general bar operations.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong multitasking abilities and excellent customer service skills.

Duties:

• Preparing and Serving Drinks – Mixing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Customer Service – Greeting guests, taking drink orders, and ensuring a welcoming bar atmosphere.
• Cash Handling – Processing payments accurately and balancing the till at the end of shifts.
• Stock Control – Monitoring stock levels and restocking bar supplies as needed.
• Maintaining Cleanliness – Keeping the bar area clean, organized, and sanitized throughout the shift.

Pay: €18.00-€20.00 per hour
