Are you ready to shape the future of data at woom? As our Senior BI and Data Analyst, you will be a driving force in executing our BI strategy and digitizing commercial steering. You integrate Business Intelligence into the heart of woom’s decision-making processes, enabling and inspiring data usage across the entire organization. By developing sophisticated data models, creating data visualizations and applying modern analytics, you directly empower our teams to make smarter, data-backed decisions.
Your Mission
- You define data requirements and create BI solutions in close cooperation with the FP&A (financial planning & analysis) team and our various departments.
- You apply your subject matter expertise in the field to implement requirements for our data models and foster a data-driven culture by driving the adoption of PowerBI.
- You solve complex issues with robust data models and automate analysis methods using programming languages such as SQL, PowerQuery, DAX
and Python. - You develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports—from initial design and implementation to testing and final acceptance by our internal customers.
- You continuously improve data queries and the performance of our PowerBI reports to ensure seamless usage.
- You act as the main point of contact between the IT infrastructure/data integration team and our collaborating business departments.
- You are a key contributor and process lead within the data governance process.
Your Skills
- You have extensive experience in BI and data analytics with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end BI solutions.
- You are highly proficient in programming languages such as Python and PowerQuery. SQL experience is a plus.
- You have a deep understanding of data visualization and have successfully built and maintained sophisticated PowerBI reports.
- You excel at simplifying complex data structures and communicating insights effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
- You are committed to data excellence and have the experience to lead data governance processes and ensure high data accuracy.

For this position, we offer you a gross monthly salary starting at EUR 4.000 on a full-time basis. Of course, we take into account your individual qualifications and experience and are willing to pay an appropriate overpayment. We will be happy to discuss details in person.
