Our site in 1100 Vienna (ICON Tower) is a strategic location for the distribution of our high quality and innovative health care products, as well as digitally integrated solutions for our patients and clients. In support of our existing team we are currently looking for:
Senior Brand and Customer Manager Vaccines (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
Responsibility for marketing of a certain product or product portfolio and services within the Vaccine franchise
Creating and managing budgets/ forecasting and measuring the effectiveness using data analytics
Driving marketing projects including analysis, strategy and business plan development, implementation of omnichannel campaigns, forecasting and expense management
Identifying and driving market research projects
Processing and analysis of market data
Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that promote our products and services
Creating innovative marketing materials for intended target audience such as internal stakeholders, customers and patient associations together with external partners / third party vendors
Collaborating with cross functional teams
Monitor industry trends, competitive intelligence
Prepare new product launches
Building maintaining and expanding external customer contacts
Ensuring all activities are driven by highest ethical and compliance standards
Qualifications
University Degree or above, preferably in business or life sciences (e.g. economics, biochemistry, pharmacy, medicine or other); additional degree (e.g. MBA) preferred
Knowledge in Vaccines environment is a plus
Strong MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), CRM and release of Promomats expertise
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and the ability to manage customer data effectively
Deep knowledge of the overall Austrian healthcare system and the role of the individual customer groups within the healthcare environment
Proven ability to understand and learn science and translate it into messages
Ability to develop and manage professional relationships, networking and to navigate within matrix organization
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through agile working principles
Outstanding communication skills – orally and written in German and English
We offer an attractive salary, outstanding social benefits and an exciting work environment with varied tasks in an international environment. The minimum annual salary for this position is EUR 59.200,- and varies according to the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
