We are looking to increase our team of professionals, a customer focused Bridal Sales Consultant

We are focusing on building relationships, providing attention, courtesy, exceptional service, aftercare/alterations and adding value to our guests experience in store

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide customers the most memorable in store experience and helping the Bride to Say Yes to the Dress
• Help maintain visual merchandising and window display
• Inform customers of Bridal Boutique policies, promotions, and perform bridal consultation forms to increase the shopping experience
• Be responsible for answering phones, greeting customers, scheduling appointments, taking payments, etc.
• Following up, promote and communicate with customers through our social media platforms will be beneficial
• Takes initiative to complete necessary tasks around the store

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in consultations and luxury retail sales
• A friendly and positive attitude
• Very well organised and detail oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hard working and dynamic person with strong multi-tasking skills
• Must be available to work weekends
• Bridal sales experience will be a bebefit
