Key Responsibilities
1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and challenges.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and research to elicit requirements.
- Document and validate functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.
2. Process Improvement
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and document process models, workflows, and use cases.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
3. Solution Design and Evaluation
- Work with cross-functional teams to design solutions aligned with business goals.
- Assist in evaluating and selecting technology platforms or tools.
- Develop detailed documentation, including business cases, requirement specifications, and system design documents.
4. Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Facilitate regular meetings to update stakeholders on project progress and challenges.
- Translate complex technical details into business-friendly language.
5. Project Management Support
- Support project planning by estimating effort, timelines, and resources required.
- Assist in testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure deliverables are met on time.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $4,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month
