Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting: Senior Business Analyst – Elite (3E) Specialist – Fluent in French & English Your Role: As a Business Analyst specialized in Elite (3E), you will play a critical role in optimizing business processes and supporting users. Your main responsibilities include: Initiating and facilitating workshops with internal stakeholders; Gathering, analyzing, and evaluating business requirements to deliver high-quality services; Drafting detailed and accurate functional specifications; Modeling and documenting business processes; Organizing, leading, and supporting the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase; Ensuring effective coordination between various project stakeholders to clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria, and gather feedback; Providing Level 1 support for the Elite (3E) ERP system. Your Profile: You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems or an equivalent field; You have 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role involving user support; You are specialized in the Elite (3E) ERP system or have extensive experience with it; You are fluent in both French and English (spoken and written); You are recognized for your problem-solving skills and your ability to make sound decisions; You have a strong attention to detail and are able to analyze complex systems; You can handle multiple tasks, quickly adjust priorities, and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; You are proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project, and PowerPoint); You have working knowledge of SharePoint, Confluence, and JIRA.
