Senior Business Controls & Product Management Officer

The team operates across all four Nordic countries, supporting Asset Finance and collaborating frequently across borders.

Become a Risk Partner to the business

Being a 1 st line risk function, we support the business in non-financial risk/return decisions. We also safeguard that non-financial risks are properly assessed that risk/return and cost/benefit decisions are made transparently, and that risks are controlled in accordance with the Group’s standards. Where this is not the case, we assist business management in addressing the gaps.

You will:

• Become a value-adding risk partner for process and product owners and help navigate risk management governance and requirements.
• Drive best practice in non-financial risk management and risk governance supporting the business in meeting strategic goals.
• Advice, coach and train the business in considering risks and controls in day-to-day processes as well as in strategic and changing management initiatives.
• Deliver high quality risk assessments, which help meet the strategic goals and compliance with new and existing products.

We act as a Risk Partner ensuring that non-financial risks are identified and assessed in all key processes - including product development. This role focuses on the customer journeys and products related to Asset Finance for both personal and business customers.

About you:

• Some experience within risk management, governance or law in the financial industry.
• Knowledge of asset financing, other financial products or other relevant experience.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Finnish.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
