Experion Care NZ is a growing Age Care operator in NZ. Experion Care currently owns six specialized Residential Care facilities in the North and South Island.

About Role:
- At Okere House we are looking for a full-time permanent Senior Caregiver.
- The position is available for a Level 3/4 caregiver – preferably with dementia experience.
- The ability to work any shift over a 24/7 roster is essential, however the shifts we are currently looking to fill morning shifts (7am- 3.30pm) and afternoon shifts (3.30pm-11pm) on a rotating roster 4 on 2 off.
- Candidates available to work on weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
- The successful candidate shall be paid depending on the caregiving qualification.
As the successful candidate, you must have a certificate in Health and Wellbeing (or equivalent) and/or at least 2 years' experience in caregiving, have empathy for the elderly and be dedicated to making our rest home a wonderful place to live and work.

- Be punctual, reliable and honest.

- You must be empathetic but also firm and resilient.
- Be able to engage with family and be culturally sensitive.
- All applicants must have a valid work visa, New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency
