WE’RE HIRING – SENIOR CARER

Full-Time Position | Full EU Driving Licence Required | Company Car Provided

We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Carer to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Full-time position
  • Previous experience working as a Carer is essential
  • Valid full EU driving licence required
  • Learner Permit is not accepted
  • Company car provided for work-related duties
  • Shift pattern: 4 days on / 3 days off
  • Alternate weekends: 1 weekend working, followed by 1 weekend off
  • Full-time work eligibility required: EU/EEA passport, Irish passport, Stamp 4, or other valid permission allowing unrestricted full-time employment
  • Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Must be currently living in Dublin: throughout Dublin South: (D2, D4, D6, D8, D14 & D16)
  • QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (completed, in progress, or equivalent qualification)

About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Care & Support Workers.
  • Support clients with personal care and daily activities.
  • Promote client independence, wellbeing and dignity.
  • Support the Field Care Supervisor with delegated tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Communicate changes in clients’ needs to management.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
